I added py-exim-localscan to exim-4.30-6.1.src.rpm and rebuilt. Not really
hard, but I don't think it should be necessary to keep doing this. Why not a
plugin architecture so you don't have to patch+rebuild to add exim-localscan,
py-exim-localscan, etc?
