Yes. In your acl_smtp_data ACL you can do something like:
deny condition = ${if match{$header_subject:}{\Nyour regex here\N}{yes}{no}}
log_message = SPAMFILTER: Blah in Subject
message = Your message was refused because we don't like your Subject:
