Did that, it scrolls my que by, however i dont know how to look back or show
it one page at a time to see the previous ones.
Also, if there is something in the que, how do I bump it on its way.

Sounds like it's probably nothing to do with Exim, not least because in a
well-configured environment, mail doesn't just "disappear" but in any case
you'll find that Exim's logging (especially in v4) is very verbose.
Familiarise yourself with the location of the logs and check the "main"
log and you'll see the exact details of all mail going through the
machine.
"mailq" will show you anything stuck on the queue.
