[Exim] HELP

Sirs, we have strange situation -- on some 1-3 mb messages we reports that
message was accepted for delivery, but on remote side for some reasons smtp
session (as far as i can suppose) did'n close correctly and they resend same
message (msgid) again and again.

I have no log files from other side at this moment, sorry.
Server is running 4.30 with exiscan (clamd and some regex)
