Yes, they are. I shouldn't answer questions in the early hours of the
morning when my brain isn't in gear. His problem was that he had a
whole succession of "warn... spam...' lines in his acl but only applied
a size check to one of them (not even the first, which would have made
some kind of sense, at least).
