Actually if your provider won't allow you to send mail, that would be an
excellent reason to change providers. Though we have in the past
allowed our clients to relay through us, on a custom basis (and for a
charge) on other ports besides port 25

My guess is you can also choose AOL; a provider that REALLY REALLY
REALLY REALLY REALLY sucks.

As a webhost provider we've allowed our clients to use us for outgoing
email relaying through another port; I hope I'm not the only provider
out there offering _real_ customer service.
