My mistake. That was a thinko. I was tired and thrown off by the MAIL
From: in the OP's message. That should have course been

From: "Pickett" <scottpick@???>

as a mail header. RFC822 does cover this use of "Real Name"
<localpart@???>, but you are right, not in an envelope address.
