i got news for you :), but its... a bit hacky.

turn on receiver_verify, then have a director (at the appropriate
place, i'd suggest number one) something along the lines of:

driver = smartuser
condition = ${if eq{$sender_helo_name}{localhost}{yes}{no}}
new_address = :fail:

this way you can "emulate" even sender_ident checks like in v4's
connect acl, etc.

v3 is not dead yet ;>
