[Exim] smtp_accept_max_per_host setting

Hello everybody!

We are running exim 4.2

I would like to keep this setting low but for larger ISPs likecable and
phone companies, I would like to have it higher. is there a way to do
that?

I found some messages on the net looking for the same thing from 2001 but
no answers.
