[Exim] Exim logging functions

Would it be possible before the next release (or at all) to add to the
logging functions something along these lines when a log or warn statement
is used during an ACL:

log warn = error, "message"
log warn = critical, "message"

i.e. give the ability to specify the syslog level of the log/warn
statement.

This is just a question and not a neccesity, but it could be very nice to
seperate a 'log for information only' type of statement to a file other
than the message delivery log.
