You are correct and that is a very good possibility, But due to
the fact that I do not have all the facts yet, I have gone with figures
that I am comfortable with. The Dorm rooms are about 2/3 to 1/2 the
cost of the Conference center. They may or may not have Internet
access. Also I have not received confirmation that we could secure
space in the dorms ( still waiting on that info as well ). I hope to
have more information and a firm date and cost numbers later this week.
Keep in mind that this process only started on Saturday.
