Thanks for taking this up, Kevin. There certainly seems to be some
interest, judging from the fast replies to the list. I will add my
comments about the location; obviously somewhere close to a major air
hub is good. Much as I enjoy visiting California, for a short trip such
as this one is likely to be, somewhere not too far west is more
convenient because it is a shorter journey and I can handle the jetlag
better.
