If the sender matches, you reject the RCPT TO (ie the recipients) - the
advantage being that you can allow exceptions (ie mail to postmaster)
and some MTAs appear to take poorly to having the sender rejected but
understand rejecting recipients.
However this is all irrelevant since thats an exim3 directive, and exim3
is obsolete.
