This may not be the "official" archive, but the list is archived at
gmane.org, which allows searching and features a pretty good WWW
news-reading interface. It also allows provides a full-duplex NNTP
gateway, so you can read and post to the list with a newsreader if you
like.

Unlike many mail=>news gateways, gmane holds articles forever rather
than expiring them after a short time.
