[Exim] Exim with mysql support

Hello all

I have an installation of exim (that came with cpanel) and I'm getting
this error:

2004-03-02 13:07:29 Exim configuration error in line 246:
main option "mysql_servers" unknown

Which I believe is due to exim being compiled without libmysqlclient.

Can anyone please tell me how I can (re-?)compile exim with this
support?
