[Exim] OT: Exim4 book

Hi all,

"Exim The MTA" book by Phillip is a great reference for Exim3, is there
any book like this for Exim4? Phillip, have you planned on writing a new
edition of the book for Exim4? I know the online documentation is very
good, but I really like having a book to reference on anytime, and is
usually easier to read from a printed than online.
