Yes, it's been gone for a while. You can find the .tex source
(tar,gzed) at
http://www.ndg.york.ac.uk/staff/yann/lsm.tgz
It is horrendously out of date. There was only rudimentary spam
checking and no virus scanning. Still, it maybe helpfull.
