[Exim] Yann Golanski's Exim white paper?

There used to be a white paper by Yann Golanski called _The Exim
Mail Transfer Agent in a Large Scale Deployment_ at:

But now it's gone, and I can't find it (and the Internet Archive
doesn't cache .tar.gz and PDF files, it appears). Does anybody
know where I can find it?

Alternatively, are there any other papers about large scale Exim
installations which include statistics (messages per minute per
machine, etc.)?
