Is there a place, where postmasters who fall into the following catagory
can be reported for being, well, idiots? (I'm sure they're breaking some
rfc somewhere):
Configuring their server to be in the domain they do not own (eg
someone setting their server up under the domain 'exim.org'), resulting
in the legitimate owners of that domain getting lots of unecessary mail
from the server daily.
Telling the admin of the domain doens't seem to have done anything, even
though he claims he will fix it (this is a few weeks later now).
