[Exim] Fedora complains about "application bug"

I'm using exim 4.30 + exiscan on Fedora linux core 1. I'm seeing these
in my log files:

Feb 25 04:06:58 monet kernel: application bug: exim(21668) has SIGCHLD
set to SIG_IGN but calls wait().
Feb 25 04:06:58 monet kernel: (see the NOTES section of 'man 2 wait').
Workaround activated.

I noticed that change 65 for exim 4.14 claims to have fixed this, but
I wonder if the exiscan patch has introduced any code to cause this.
