[Exim] 550 Message SHOULD have Message-ID:

I have just tried to send an e-mail to the exim-users list, but the
message was returned with the following permanent error:

    SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
    host mail.exim.org [195.92.249.251]: 550 Message SHOULD have
    Message-ID:
    but does not

As far as I can see my e-mail did have a Message-ID

My original message was sent from my web-mail client. Perhaps there are
some headers missing in the message that should be there.
