[Exim] exim vacation not working.

what is the problem when there is in .forward file
\testuser, "|/usr/bin/vacation testuser"
log says
=> |vacation testuser <testuser@???>
D=userforward T=address_pipe
Completed
,so no errors and still no messages goes anywhere?
what do i do wrong? is it exim configuration or what
