[Exim] demime/malware in acl_not_smtp

Why are "demime" and "malware" not available in the "acl_not_smtp" ?
What's the difference to "acl_smtp_data" for this behaviour ?

I'd like my UUCP-received mails checked, but due to "rmail" they are
                                         not coming in trough TCP/IP.

I do not really like my current workaround via [127.0.0.1] :-(
