Not only the purported sender; but also the intended recipient.
I'm somewhat astonished that you haven't seen any yet. Several
of the mailing lists have been spammed by bogus 'you sent a virus'
messages from systems with this misfeature. The real fun comes
when one of these viri picks your address to forge as the sender...
