As its exim.org that's blocking due to the none-message ID =o).

Ok, quiz question. Now, I believe I may be being dumb here, but surely Exim
should add these
automatically (without me having to have E@.. Etc).

All I`m doing is sending a TCP/IP message to an Exim server from a
relay_host which is then sending the message on via SMTP. I`d expect any
SMTP server to add a message ID should none be present.

So, andrea`s fix works but doesn't, as it produces E@host .. As the
$message_id variable is never set.

Surely this is a common problem ?
