I stopped when I saw the first error.
With regards to the above... Something on your system has changed...
Your Exim is saying it doesn't have permission to change to GID=100 or
UID=100 to deliver the mail to that mailbox. Without permission, it can't
save the message so you get an error rightfully so.
This error is a permissions problem. Chances are that your Exim binary
has the wrong ownership or does not have SUID set.
