I've managed to narrow the problem down to the fact that within the
headers_rewrite rule a : takes precedence over "" quotes, so that this rule
headers_rewrite = *@* "${quote:$1}"
will cause a syntax error "missing rewrite replacement string".
Is there any way to quote a : in a string expansion in a headers_rewrite rule?
