Actually, it would be nice if SMTP did what LMTP does at this state. LMTP
gives a response for each recipient. Other than this, I really saw no
fundemental differences between lmtp and smtp. (I did not look at AUTH or
TLS stuff. I do know it's LHLO instead of EHLO/HELO).
