http://spf.pobox.com/downloads.html has some comments and an
example who SPF could be used with Exim.
In short: Currently Exim doesn't support SPF natively but via
the Mail::SPF::Query Perl helper. The examples already include
the "required" and "optional" parts of SPF. The "bonus" part
(Sender address rewriting) would need some additional work but
maybe this would also be possible with current Exim versions
using some smart routers/transports.
There were also some discussions about SPF on exim-users not
long ago...
