I do not know anything about cPanel as I do not use it. Perhaps someone
else in the group will know what cPanel defaults are.
As for the Router's being 'extra'... When exim is compiled you choose to
compile what Routers/Transports you want to have access to in the binary.
Perhaps the cPanel install does not include all Routers/Transports?
