I don't know which Debian distro you're using, but if it's woody/stable
you can find a back-port of the latest and greatest exim4 at these
apt-able locations:

deb http://www.logic.univie.ac.at/~ametzler/debian/exim4manpages/ woody/
deb http://www.logic.univie.ac.at/~ametzler/debian/gnutls/ woody/

There are several build here, and the heavy version already includes
exiscan-acl.

Thanks to everyone who replied, but this document requires Exiscan. The
Debian Exiscan package wants to install maildrop, which I am trying to
avoid.

I have SpamAssassin running just by setting up a transport to invoke the
spamc program. Can Clam AV be used in a similar way?
