[Exim] ClamAV and Exim4

Hi All...

I have searched the archive, but no luck. Does anyone have an example of
how to configure Clam AV for use with Exim4 on a Debian system (or any
system)?

I can find examples for exiscan and mail scanner and such, but there does
not seem to be any example for just using Clam AV.
