Not quite. A few of the rules that I added the other day came from a PV
posting on NANOG; the SA list you're referring to was originally started
by me way back in June/July last year, for exactly the same reason as you
found it: I was very annoyed with getting bombarded with these stupid
virus warnings. I did mention the URL on this list a few days ago but
perhaps you missed it.

Anyway, glad it's useful to you (and hopefully others) but full credit &
thanks must also go to several other posters from this list (Alan Flavell,
Dennis Davis and Chris Edwards) whose collective contributions have
eclipsed my original list in volume terms!

Indeed. Unfortunately it's not a complete solution; there are still "user
unknown" bounces and suchlike that will slip through the net, but it
certainly helps to reduce the noise level somewhat.
