[Exim] Log all headers

I have an email account setup for viruses to be dropped into. That
account has a filter file setup to send me a an email letting me
know a virus was found.

I would like to include ALL the headers in the email sent to me so I
can review the email in better detail. Is this possible? Any easy
way of doing it?
