Your message claims to be from the address BEG12@???. Many
people will be attempting to make a connection to that machine, and to
verify that it really does accept mail for that address. When they
cannot, they assume it's a faked sender address and don't accept the
mail.
Since there is a _temporary_ failure (the machine in question doesn't
seem to be running a mail daemon), you get a _temporary_ (4xx)
rejection.
Send mail from valid addresses, and it'll be a lot more likely to get to
its intended destination.
