[Exim] setting up exim

hi there

i got the job to configure exim 4,

(1) that it only accepts mails for one email address
(email@???),
(2) which will be piped into a perl-script.
(3) it should be able to send emails away locally and
(4) to accept emails from limited hosts.

for example, host 198.176.1.40 - 50 are allowed to send
email to eamil@???


(1) I thought somewhere in the exim.conf file
or ACL Configuration:
