Yes, having "*.myDomain.com" in host_accept_relays means Exim has to do
a reverse lookup to see if the incoming connection is from a matching
host. If you want your 192.168.0.0/24 hosts to bypass this lookup, make
sure they are listed everywhere _before_ any reverse-lookup-name patterns.
