[Exim] IRIX 6.5 and ipv6

Greetings,


Just playing with getting an IPV6 capable version of Exim running on
IRIX /* 6.5.19m */ and ran across a little snag,
I've specified: HAVE_IPV6
in the local makefile, and that gets picked up on ok, however what
doesn't seem to get picked up is that IRIX uses:
getipnodebyname
rather than:
gethostbyname2

If I edit the source code so that using getipnodebyname is the only
option it compiles and works without a problem, with IPV6 goodness.

Specifying:
HAVE_GETIPNODEBYNAME
in the makefile to try to force the issue doesn't seem to work.
