[Exim] Exim as an SSL client without STARTTLS ?

Hi,

I'm currently trying to get exim 4.30 to act as a client to another exim
server. This server is running on a dedicated port, and expects clients
to start SSL directly (without STARTTLS).
As I got it, when exim acts as an SSL client, it does send a STARTTLS,
so my config won't work.

I know STARTTLS is the current standard, but is there a way to get an
exim client directly starting an SSL negociation ?
