[Exim] 503 Bad sequence of commands

Hello,

I have installed the last version of Exim on my Debian server (4.30). I have
turn the verbose log on because I have a lot of error message like :

503 Bad Sequence
503 Duplicate HELO/EHLO

Here is a part of log about the problem when Exim try to send the message to
a remote server :

It's strange that I haven't SMTP trace like the other messages.

Do you have an idea what goes wrong ?
