Unseen can cause problems because it only passes a _copy_ of the original
message on. It mucks up header_add and header_remove stuff. Entirely
possible, but I find shadow_transport is a better option.

What about using "unseen" in a transport? I did this while testing a new
e-mail system.

forward_to_new_system:
domains = +local_domains
local_parts = ${lookup...}
driver = manualroute
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = * new-smtp-server
unseen
