In addition:

All UK academic institutions can use the MAPS BLs via:

    rbl-plus.mail-abuse.ja.net


I also find:

    dsn.rfc-ignorant.org/$sender_address_domain


and

dnsbl.njabl.org : dynablock.njabl.org

very good.

There's also SORBS but I do selective lookups because they tend to
include big ISPs too.

   dnsbl.sorbs.net=127.0.0.2,127.0.0.3,127.0.0.4,127.0.0.5, \
                   127.0.0.7,127.0.0.9,127.0.0.10


Lastly, if you want to avoid the current attack against HABEAS then
it might be worth including:

hil.habeas.com

or use it for a warning rather than deny at least.
