There's a course of action you, not ipowerweb, could take:
4. Tell nstarsolutions about the problem, that they are very indirectly
contributing to the spam promblem by themselves using an ISP
who is unresponsive to spam issues. Encourage nstarsolutions to
change ISPs. If they won't, change credit-card processing companies
and make sure nstarsolutions know why.
