[Exim] exim filter based bayesian filtering with perl

I've written a small (and rather naive) bayesian filtering tool that
works with exim filters.

At the moment it works only with a very specific mail setup:

- maildir
- spam folder in specific place
- inbox in specific place

and with quite poor performance.

However, it is beginning to work and I have a ready plan for improving
performance and for improving the configurability.

If anybody here is interested I could post it somewhere for people to
look at (and tear to shreads /8-)
