I actually use two ACL's. One with just the big 5, scr, pif, exe, com and
bat and one with the rest of the banned extensions.
The reason is because at one time I was using a discard for the big 5 and
a deny for the rest.
And yes... this requires exiscan which the original poster of the request
already has installed.
