a) partly sanitising it without all relevant information is not helpful
b) this looks pretty clear to me: "host ww.xx.yy.zz [ww.xx.yy.zz]: 550
5.7.1 Unable to relay for user@???" - your Sexchange server
rejected "user@???" (presumably craigsc@???, you forgot to
sanitise the RCPT).
