Again, it's not necessarily to do with the "Received" header; yes, many
hosts will block mails that come in on a connection from a "dynamic" IP.

The best way is to use an SMTP smarthost which allows SMTP AUTH (i.e. you
can relay through it from anywhere, using a username/password). Some ISPs
offer this, or it's easy to set up with Exim if you have an Exim machine
on a static IP. Then, change Exim on the laptop (or whatever) to send all
messages through the smarthost, authenticating as necessary.
