[Exim] Combining conditions

Hello,

how should I combine these conditions into one:

${lookup {${local_part}} lsearch{/etc/mail/$domain_data/users-spamcheck} {yes}{no}}

and

${if !def:h_X-Spam-Checker-Version: {true }}

I would like check for spam only addresses defined in the file above.
