The reason for sending defer is because the spam will never arrive at
all that way? Because those who use that trick will not email to the
primary .... I like it!

That's a good idea for most people. In my case I want to actually
accepts the spam - bayes learn it - report it to Razor - and then bounce
it as an non existent address.

But - your idea of just having secondarys that do DEFER is definitely
interesting.
