The mail has been delivered to the addresses in the 'all' list.
Try adding wash@??? to that list and then send an e-mail to the
list again. Then look at the exim mainlog and see if that mail gets
posted to any wananchi.com server.
BTW, are you the one I was trying to assist? I am surprised you opt to
send the queries to the list!
